  • Brand strategy is the big picture, foundational groundwork of a business. It’s the heart. And from the heart, everything flows.

    A comprehensive brand strategy proactively leads a company, gives overarching vision that will guide the company in every marketing and business decision. It’s the WHY behind everything. It’s the purpose, motive, values and mission—the roots of a company that underlies every product, service and offering. A successful brand strategy is reflected both internally through work culture, operating systems, employees and externally, through experience and customers.

  • Brand identity is the face of a company. It includes all visual design elements such as logo, color palette, fonts, imagery, textures, patterns, etc. It encompasses digital and print elements, social media graphics, marketing, and collateral like business cards and packaging. It includes tone and voice of messaging and even extends to choice of materials within a retail space.

  • Projects require a 50% retainer fee of total cost to be deposited to get on the calendar system prior to project start and the remaining 50% will be paid at end before delivery of final files.

    Payments can be made via Zelle or via Wise for international clients.

  • Yes, payments can be split into 3 milestone payments for the Premium Brand Package and any other projects that exceed $3K upon request.

  • All the packages include 3 rounds of refinement. Any additional rounds of refinement are possible but will incur an extra charge.

  • Once your entire project fee has been settled, you have full rights to use the deliverables as you see fit. Leahshene also does retain rights to the project to use across our social media platforms and portfolio.
